In September 2016, Kidz Kabin opened its doors at Shropshire Hall in Wood Green. A historic community building with deep local roots, it was once a children's centre and has long supported local families. Guided by Linda's vision to restore it as a place of care, learning and laughter once again, Kidz Kabin Shropshire Hall has grown into a vibrant, multicultural nursery for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Our team provides exceptional care and early education, helping every child learn, play and flourish in a truly welcoming environment.
Three Welcoming Spaces Designed for Growth and Discovery
At Shropshire Hall, our three age-specific rooms have been thoughtfully designed to provide the perfect balance of comfort, challenge and exploration. Our spaces encourage children to build friendships, develop independence and discover the joy of learning.
Our Blue Room welcomes our youngest children into a safe and nurturing environment. Babies build secure relationships with their key workers as they begin to explore the world around them through gentle routines and sensory exploration. With a high staff-to-child ratio, every baby receives the close attention, care and comfort they need to feel settled, happy and confident.

Designed for inquisitive toddlers, the Yellow Room encourages independence through creative play, movement and discovery. Children thrive in a bright and engaging space, with activities that focus on communication, social confidence and physical development.

Our pre-school Green Room is an inspiring, joyful and encouraging environment where children grow in confidence and independence as they get ready for school. Children develop key skills across language, numeracy and cooperation through imaginative play, storytelling, early phonics, problem-solving and hands-on outdoor learning.
